| Perform dental exam, scaling calculus from above the gum line and subgingivally, followed by flossing. Choose flavor and grit of prophy paste to use on patient. |
Place prophy paste cup in prophy ring and attach Disposable Upgrade® Prophy Angle to low-speed hand piece. Dip prophy angle into paste and apply to patient’s teeth. |
With light pressure and circular motion, clean and polish tooth. Continue until both arches are cleaned.Once complete allow patient to rinse with water and expectorate. |
